About the Department

The Business Administration Department is a vital academic division that focuses on providing students with a comprehensive education in various fields such as leadership, organization, planning, and strategic decision-making. Department objectives

• Fostering Competition: Encouraging a spirit of competition among the university’s different divisions by adopting several self-assessment programs based on specific and objective standards. • Developing Quality Assurance Staff: Enhancing the skills of quality assurance personnel and quality committees within departments and academic branches to align with their assigned tasks, enabling them to excel and advance quality standards in their institutions. • Promoting a Culture of Quality: Spreading awareness of quality across all university divisions by organizing seminars, workshops, and lectures that establish quality principles in the educational sector. • Strategic Planning Participation: Collaborating with the university’s senior leadership in drafting the university’s strategic plan and incorporating key quality management programs. • Website Monitoring & Updates: Regularly updating and monitoring the university’s and colleges’ websites while establishing evaluation criteria to assess their content and functionality. • Global Rankings & Compliance: Continuously tracking global university rankings and monitoring the university’s steps toward achieving recognition in select rankings. • Laboratory Evaluation: Reassessing the university’s educational laboratories using the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) evaluation framework to identify and address potential future issues. • E-Learning Monitoring: Overseeing e-learning processes and the digital tools used for periodic evaluations, diagnosing issues, and developing effective solutions.

اعداد وتأهيل خريجين مؤهلين تأهيلاً علميا ومعرفياً وتقنياً عالي المستوى وبالشكل الذي يلبي احتياجات سوق العمل ومتطلبات التنمية المستدامة عبر تبني برامج علمية متوافقة مع معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي وتهيئة بنية جامعية داعمة للارتقاء بالأداء الأكاديمي والبحثي والحصول على الفرص المناسبة لهم على مستوى دوائر الدولة ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص. تكوين جيل متخصص وعلى دراية بكافة الوسائل المتعلقة في مجال التعليم والتوظيف ويكون قادراً على المنافسة في سوق العمل.

Graduate Description

يؤهل خريج قسم تقنيات ادارة الاعمال على التقنيات الادارية ليكون قادراً على : 1. ممارسة النشاط المتعلق بالمعرفة الإدارية وتقنياتها في مجال النشاط الصناعي والتجاري والخدمي. ۲. استخدام التطبيقات التقنية في مجالات الإنتاج والتسويق الموارد البشرية والمحاسبة الإدارية وتقييم المشاريع الإنتاجية والخدمية والإدارة الاستراتيجية وإدارة المصارف.
