First and foremost, with God's blessings, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Alnoor University on the significant addition of several new colleges, including our young institution, the Technical Management College. I pray for success and prosperity for this college and all other newly established colleges.
The academic year 2024–2025 marks two major milestones:

the establishment of the Technical Management College and the commencement of admissions for its first-year students. This is both an exciting beginning and a great responsibility, as we strive to place this young college on the right path, laying a strong foundation for its future journey.
On this occasion, I warmly welcome the academic and administrative staff of the college, as well as the newly admitted students, who form the first cohort. I pray for their success, excellence, and achievement of scientific creativity throughout their academic journey.
I would like to emphasize that academic excellence should always be accompanied by noble ethics. As students, you are embarking on a new educational phase distinct from your previous school experience. The university environment requires not only the pursuit of knowledge but also the adoption of proper social conduct and high moral values.
